Where was this interview leighlee13 ? giantroo any chance?Just watched the video of Charlie speaking after the game. He almost looks like he is going to cry. So honest about his game and his desire for himself and the team to get better. If all the other players felt the way Charlie feels, we would be on our way in no time,

It came as a notification on the NMFC app. I looked on the NMFC website but it wasn't there for me to post. I am sure giantroo will work his magic and post it.Where was this interview leighlee13 ? giantroo any chance?

It’s been the case all year so far. They do need a rocket. Have/will they receive the message?First half, we could have had peak Martyn in and had the same result. Mids need a massive rocket.

Yes.Has North found a key defender?
Charlie Comben was far from perfect, but in his new role as a key defender and playing just his 10th game in five seasons, was a real shining light for the Roos. Although opponent Joe Daniher kicked five goals, they weren't all directly on Comben, the 22-year-old was proactive in his approach and had more than his fair share of wins against Brisbane's spearhead. He finished 25 disposals, a game-high 13 intercepts and three contested marks. - afl.com.au

Yep they were, it gets him to find and possess the ball more, he's the one doing the crunching rather than the other way around and hes learning how forward patterns from some of the best players....but l don't think he should the permanent CHB because his marking is what we sadly miss up forward. They were right to play him at CHB.
Great interview quite a bit of insight from Charlie.'This is as flattening for us as for our supporters': Comben
