Played a good game yesterday
Hardy missed a beat all season
Always cracks in and makes good decisions with ball in hand

Another late pick gem (pick 67) by our recruiting department

Hate re-shaping a pretty sold backline however with Astbury due back and wanting to get games into Balta.
With Broads huge tank,Maybe move him up onto the wing.

Theres enough room to keep all of Astbury, Grimes, Broad, Vlas, Balta in that backline. I'd take out a small and put them on a wing (either Short or Baker) as all of our talls and mediums are quick and agile barring Astbury.

You have to rewind to a couple of weeks ago to see how terrible and lost Broad is on a wing.

As soon as he moved to the backline he was back to his best.

I thought we suffered from this guy getting caught in too many transitioning plays with ball in hand. Probably him, Lambert, McIntosh, Castagna were allowed to run free by Sydney down the wings but they don’t have great kicks into the forward 50. Missed Houli badly in this area, and while Short got involved in these plays quite a bit we needed to also get Derek and Balta with ball in hand moreso than the above list. Hopefully a problem the club can find some answers for next week’s match.

Dunno his salary, obviously, but taking a guess that he’s not on that much, is this bloke the best dollar-for-output bloke in the league (excluding draftees on fixed incomes)?
yep interesting point, maybe 275k,300 now hes dual wouldnt be much more i woulda thought, value for money indeed
hed get naybe 500k replacing Frawley at the hawks,450 comfortably

Has been a great value foot soldier for the RFC and a key component of our defensive set up.

No coincidence his arrival into the side at round 17 2017 to play the specific defensive cover lockdown role coincided with the side taking it up another gear and the defence becoming nigh on akin to a wall.

Has improved with every game he's played, and is now a key to the back 6 and therefotre the side.

Career best form tough and committed team man, love the way he goes about it.

Wouldn't be surprised if his manager has taken some calls and especially some calls from WA, as he is out of contract this year.

Schofield and Hurn are nearly done at the Eagles and Broad might peek their interest..

But they GAGF, Broady hopefully gonna be a 3 time Premiership Tiger .................. hopefully 4 time :p
