Free agency is mean to be an equalisation tool. If it works correctly, shit teams at lose decent players should be compensated more than market value.
The fact that the AFL's explainer page on free agency shows a picture of Tom Lynch playing in a grand final is about all the proof you'll need that it's nothing to do with equalisation.

I don't think we're doing free publicity for the bloke's first business venture - together with a plug for a club sponsor - on the expectation that he walks.

marklovesbeer on the money for mine
... indeed, I'll go further and suggest that Cameron is either getting cheap money from RedZed as part of the deal, and/or he is being paid by RedZed as an affiliate marketer (again as part of the deal)

Either way it's good to see the club adopting the modern package - playing contract plus entree to the business world

It's been over 20 long years but the moment has finally arrived.

A Capybara has been mentioned on this forum.

Meanwhile Okapis worldwide are slamming down their coffee cups exclaiming "I'm a fringe animal too, why didn't you mention me, ferball ya flog?"
They aren't as tasty.

Capybara is just like chicken while Okapis has more of a turkey flavour. Like guinea pigs and koala (although they have a bit of a eucalyptus aftertaste).
