Unpopular opinion.
Our bowling is our main weakness rather than our batting. There is enough batting quality in Smith, Labs, Head, Green and a decent lower order in Carey, Cummins and Starc.
Our bowlers will bowl a side out cheaply in one of the first couple of tests in a series and everyone will say "greatest bowling attack ever" to only be limp and forgotten for the rest of the series. I can only count on one hand the amount of times Lyon has bowled us to victory.

Exactly.. there might be a time for heaping shit on the wicket but now ain’t it .. there was plenty in it early and Australia built their winning position by successfully countering it. Now there is some resistance from a very good side at the most batter friendly time of the game.. good test cricket we still have the advantage but need to work to create the victory not just wait for balls to roll or explode
