Ok just looked at the Cotchin bump. Initial contact was between Cotchins back and Shiels head. Both had hands on the ball. Cotchin was bracing for a bump going in but missed with the shoulder. Still, he only needs a fine to miss.

The ball is in Shiels hands. It then becomes the age old "could tackle, elected to bump." Player is concussed and out of the game. Only need a fine. Hit 3 blokes in the head in the game because apparently this bloke just loves Vegas.

Cotchin should get off. The legals can argue the delayed concussion could have been caused by something else as he played on for a while.
