Richmond's strength was always their top tier. Rance is currently showing that he's nothing more than a tall loose man and Prestia for pick 6 is woeful in hindsight (and arguably was back then too). Martin hasn't fired a shot when needed.

I think Cotchin and Jack can hold their heads high.
