surprised how slow the eagles are. port are quicker, but i wouldnt think the gap usually is this large.

Port look quite devastating , handling the ball well in the wet weather, and they look like possessed maniacs .
Always someone to pick up the scraps from a drop or a tackle.

The two videos from the Port goals prove to me that the video evidence is absolutely rubbish, neither of those photos or film could be definitely called, by those clips . Had to be "umpires call".

Which I believe should be all the time, until they get some really good quality camera set ups, if that is the best technology they've got for techno scoring checks, then it needs to go back to the goal umpires.

The thing about watching them both, was, the first one from side or front or back with the cameras so far off, that the ball could have been 2 inches from his fingers, but with photo light reflection being grained and not exact, the ball could have cleared them by a foot. The film ??You can't tell!

The second one was touched, but over the line , and whether fingers touched the ball or not that's a goal!
I have no doubt about that.

Frees? I've seen two to the Eagles that I thought were going the other way. Seem to be even! Rules just confusing sometimes.

And the free in front of goal for Port, well that would have to be the first in front of opposition goals free kick I've ever seen going against the Eagles.

The fifty was a joke too. But quite pleasant and enjoyable. This is all brand new to non Eagle people.

Could you Eagles fans tell McGovern and Darling to have a shave, ugly pair both of them. At least Kennedy looks like Ned Kelly!
