So are you saying the umps are calling out because they believe Richmond is being unsposrtsmanlike? A bit like Selwood ducking at every chance? Funny how they keep rewarding him for that but Richmond players should be singled out...
They don't, though, he gets far fewer of those frees these days.

Another Geelong example is that we get ridiculously harsh 'not 15' calls every week, which is a response to the controlled, short kicking game we currently employ.

To be fair the two 50m against our guys for kicking the ball as the ump was blowing his whistle were farcical calls. It goes against the spirit of the game, especially in a final and even worse it is a very poor judgement call by the umpire. Those calls didn't even happen during the regular season and we shouldn't see it again for the rest of the finals. Costly stupidity by the umps.

Exactly. There's no defending those 2 calls. Supporters of any side would be filthy if it happened to them.

Narrator: "No said Richmond, though we typically play most of our games at the home of football, the MCG, it holds no real advantage. No advantage at all."

Narrator: "but unfortunately for the Tigers, away from the comforts of Melbourne, they were about to find out they were mistaken. Very, very mistaken"

Yep totally agree with you on the severity of the calls of your short game. That is rubbish stuff and is the umps over stepping boundaries to try to force the game on. Its maddening when the opposition kick it 9m and its a mark straight away. The umps have a had a bad year this year. The game is all over the shop with how it is called from one game to the next, from one qtr to the next.

I think with just about everything going wrong for the Tigers and just about everything going right for the Lions, we were still very much a winnable chance.

If the group can refocus quickly I think they are a class above the Dogs and Saints, but I think the challenge of going into a PF under quarantine or fly in on the day and then back out quarantine again if we won would is going to make the Premiership too great a challenge.

I think we had to win tonight, and that needed some things to go right, not everything going wrong.

But not everything went wrong, the Lions missed a few opportunities late in the 3rd to really make it difficult. Still the Lions stuck phat to their own game and won regardless of what went right and wrong.

Unless of course you yourself are admitting that these tiges as good as they are, are not invincible. Of course you'll admit that.

Can you point me to the vendor where I can purchase the nobel prize winning blow up sex doll. I have some kinks I need to straighten out.
By the sounds of things you don't need directions  HAHA, go easy on it, dont' want a puncture before your'e done. Then there is always your repair kit.

What a flog hardwick is.smug prick.
So glad he's at Tigerland. You can have whoever it is you have. Seriously, who is the coach of Carlton?

Now that the Lions have broken their losing streak wouldn't Richonds next long standing domination be against the Blues? That may not fall for the rest of this decade.

As a west coast supporter?

The moment we finish 4th, but are given a home final in Perth due to Optus stadium being needed to be tenanted due a long standing, pre agreed agreement, absolutely feel free to quote this post.

It won't happen though, because lets face it, it's not the MCG 🤷‍♂️ that's a fact.

That richmond were given the right to play a final at the MCG, even though Geelong had won the right to host, and subsequently went on to the the flag, is nigh criminal.

But hey, in the spirit of parity, we would gladly take a home final that we didn't earn over in the west if for no other reason then to prove a point.

U fools must be ******ed if u can't see that was a good game but decided by the umpires.. yeah well done Brisbane what a great win the 'so called' brownlow medallist for this year didn't get a touch until the umpires handed him a couple, and you're bagging Dusty for a bad night?? 😂 atleast he wins his own ball not like those other f@ggots

3 posts. Surely this is Carlton fan with a throwaway account trying to drag the perception of Tiger fans down to their level?
