Firstly - The siren went before the ball made contact with the foot.

Secondly - Doesnt the rule state the quarter ends when the fu signals an end to the quarter?

So even if the siren did go before or after the kick, it does not matter, and it's a goal either way as no fu signalled an end to the quarter.?

Port can complain about the umpiring all they want, but they really should be flogging a bottom 3 team (on paper) in what Richmond have fielded this afternoon (with from all the kids/inexperienced players perspective I may add)

Not a good form line heading into September for Port Adelaide

1. You’re quoting an older post

2. She has zero ******* idea if it was she was downfield. And if it was kicked after the siren from the replay we’re talking about microseconds.

It should have been reviewed.
Microseconds?

It was clear as daylight

It’s possible for us to be playing shit in a dead scrubber and for the umpires to be killing us.

anyone else playing at home?

Just needs "noise of affirmation" in there.

Let’s be honest Port aren’t a real contender. Have been shaky for a while now and don’t look the part against a bottom 6 side, at home and with finals to come.

It’s insane that Bevo is copping as much heat as he is given he’s delivered a premiership and 2 gfs while Ken hasn’t come anywhere near as close and been around for longer.

I think that's the old rule. Pretty sure it's been changed to when the umpire hears the siren.

Hard to tell if Port are genuinely this bad or if they tanking this one off to ensure they play Collingwood for the qualifying final instead of Brisbane at the Gabba

Ken been badly out coached by a caretaker and lazy is Port's issue today.
