Yep. I don’t mind Duggan being given leniency there - tackled straight away, arms pinned, he couldn’t dispose as he was so his attempts to shrug off the tackler were as good as it could be. A month ago there’s no confusion there. But now, isn’t that HTB?

Also if it was going to be called a ball-up, needed to be paid immediately. Langford could have hurt Duggan by how long it took to blow the whistle, weren’t we having early whistles to try stop dumping players to ground ?
