Fair enough my previous post got deleted - but I boundary umpired for my son's team for 10 years up to colts and called ball out of bounds everytime where I deemed it out of play -even if I was up to 20m away from play- I am so over them not blowing the whistle because of a potential magical moment of play - it pisses me off regardless of who's playing - are they under instruction by the afl to not call things if they are not within 2m of the ball or what ?

Not minding this commentary team.

Darcy has eased off.

Excellent boundary rider who is not focussing on meaningless stats.

Amazing how much better it is not having commentators behaving like it's the Boys' Club.

Darcy probably got the tap on the shoulder about it.

Can't believe I'm actually enjoying a Freo game, keep it up Dockers.

I don't follow the dogs much but every time I see dale I'm thinking this guy should be playing forward? Is he a swing man or am I overrating him or what?

He seems way underutilised playing off half back.

He started as a forward and was borderline if he was going to make it and moving him to the back changed everything. Mature enough that he could do both.
