Kennedy in for Elliot is an obvious swap imo.. bad luck for elliot, might of played his last game for 2013.

my new changes -

In: Kennedy Martin

ill cry if dids doesn't get a gig this week
Dids may not want to play, but if Elliott is out as well as Sinclair, my 'ins' would be Didak and Krakouer (on the basis of his VFL 2 weeks back). Please, not Kennedy again! He is not ready for AFL! And not Seedsman. He is also not producing the kind of football we expect from an AFL player. Next year for Seedsman unless he plays a blinder in the VFL.

I'd rather Kennedy over krak and dids.. at least he can chase and tackle !

Showed a lot in the AFL so far, played a few quiet games too though.
I would prefer ben ken, but if krak gets a game i would understand

Could Jackson Ramsay get a game, was better than Seedsman and Martin in the VFL on the weekend I thought so on form he could get a debut game this week.

You'd think if we were serious about the finals we wouldn't start playing kids on debut.. will take him a while to get use to AFL tempo, no doubt will debut in 2014 though, good talent

Kennedy was dropped for good reason. Didak or/and Krakouer.

And Didak/Krakouer aren't in the team for a good reason, all of them have limitations on their game. I'm more inclined to go with youth in our present situation.. but with finals looming maybe you go with the proven krakouer even if he doesn't chase to an AFL standard

With finals looming and players falling over like bowling pins, I'd opt for experience. It is also a good way to see if the two players would be of any worth on the list next year. We are most unlikely to reach a GF this year. May as well experiment, but not with Kennedy.

Adam Oxley has got to be a real chance to take Ben Sinclair's spot in defense. Has been in great form in the VFL and has already played some AFL footy this year (largely out of position/as the sub).

Can we put Daisy back on the LTI to elevate him?

Russell, oh god no

I'd consider Russell just to see if he can offer something before the end of the season.

Sinclair out means that there is a position to be filled where Russell normally plays. It might be the chance for him to show something.

If not, then give the spot to somebody like Oxley, unless the Seed is ready to come back.

I like the look of Oxley for next year, but for finals this year - No!

There's actually already a spot open due to Johnson's retirement. We could just use that to elevate Oxley again, if we wanted to play him...

We should not recruit anyone in the future who has ever missed more than a game through injury or for 'personal reasons'. We need Jim Stynes' types, hardy and resilient players with bodies made of steel. Talking of which, has Sidebottom missed a game since he has been at the club? I admit he was a bit shit last week, but he is always available for selection, with a ready smile spread across his face. Can't say the same for our Hawks' recruit who managed two games or so for the season.
