Conditions look challenging. Edge in class and experience telling for Swans at the moment, alongside a decent dose of blatant umpire favouritism...

A good effort to be within 9 pts at the big break, both teams butchering it, Sydney slightly less - hence the lead. I am happy with the effort and the commitment so far, the less said about the skills the better.

Skills from both side deplorable. Ours are worse though.

Confused about the people being harsh on Sinclair. Pendles barely made 30m with his kick too. And Sinkers has been our best small defender tonight. Surprisingly clean, gives a lot of run, disposal is okay.

Maxwell's been alright as well. It's amazing how much better he looks when we utilise the +1 in the back half.

But we did well to peg them back. It almost looked like Sydney were going to run away with it. Players are putting the effort in. Hope they can sustain it over the 4 quarters.

Sinclair is not of AFL standard, and Ball is no longer able to kick a football.

Other then a couple of poor handballs and the odd fumble (that he made up for anyway ie he retained it) he's actually been one of our best.

Has cut off numerous ball across HB his kicking has been good and has even got forward for a goal.

Swan, Elliot, Maxwell, Ball, Macaffer, Goldsack, Dwyer, Blair all been poor or ineffectual.

Skills from both sides have been deplorable. Surely the ground is slippery?? The deep vs gc game is in pouring rain and the skills in that game are still of higher standard then pies n swans

F... the negativity on this board. Besides the skill errors (which are coming from both teams) we are doing almost everything right. Especially given Swanny can't get a touch. Good from Frost, Maxwell, Sinkers, among others.
