The commentators open and blatent barracking in that last minute was disgusting. You shouldn't be calling for free kicks against one team and ignoring the other teams! Eddie screamed BALL! at one point, like a supporter, but nothing our way. It isn't the 'Collingwood' or 'Brisbane' red button commentary team FFS, act like a professional!

Underwhelming game. We looked our best when we were tackling hard, and that only came in patches.. but I have faith they will tackle hard in finals.

Easy transition goals all day from Brisbane which we have struggled with all year... pressure pressure pressure or we are useless in defense and can't stop a teams run and transition.

Loved Chappy's game, and Stokes was on fire! I want those two boys playing at half forward, pushing up the ground and making great decisions into attack.

obviously we are still in a heavy training cycle, thats the only reason why brisbane got so close to us, it must be. but i have to question why so close to the finals we are still in a heavy training load, shouldnt we be already fit this stage of the year?

They need to have a big think about it, that's for sure. I just can't see them changing the formula at this stage of the year. But at the moment, the only thing he is giving us is a big body to kick it towards and taking one of the best defenders. But is that enough?

Lucky to get the win in the end as Chappy did drag that ball in. T Hunt hopefully will be dropped next week- below average disposal efficiency today. Stokes was excellent. West was OK but it all depends on how Blicavs goes after that bump. Umpiring atrocious all day. Steve McBurney involved so no surprises there. Hawkins should not be playing because if our midfielder's are being held we're exposed by his lack of goal kicking and his poor defensive pressure.

All in all, not our best game but a good tough one to sharpen us up. Move on to next week very quickly.

We held out a red hot Brisbane in a tight game. They had a lot to play for and played like it.

Varcoe moved much better. Kicked it too short of his target a few times but I digress he now deserves to hold his spot.

Chappy will be a huge factor in finals.

I have been digging my head in the sand for weeks about it but Hawkins is a liability. Taylor is uncomfortable forward and too bigger loss down back too. Vardy to FF please, West and Blitz to ruck.

Hawkins should stay and will.. Keep the faith ppl, he has been written off before and look what happened... Offers more than walker or kersten ever could bcoz he draws defenders... This created us more than a few goal today...
