Ok got some whispers from my VFL contacts - Yze appointed at GWS - possible announcement Friday but please this is only a rumour and not fact. In terms of Clarko if the Yze appointment is correct then the whispers are announced on the Thursday or Friday before the last game - now this is also NOT confirmed just rumour - however Friday week is 10 days from now and matches Robbos possible 10 day timeline for a decision by Clarkson. That’s all I have but will try and get more in Adelaide - hoping to get to the captains run at Adelaide Oval as there is a small ex player I’m hoping to speak to and see what he knows.

No you need to listen and read what I post - that timeline was based on the assistant coaches contracts expiring on 1 August and at the time my contact did not have info on the meeting that took place last Wednesday with Sonja Hood. As I keep saying after that meeting all that was required was some “window dressing” - Or for those who don’t get that - some finer contract details needed to be sorted one of which was assistant coaches and football staff before an announcement is made. I DO NOT have any confirmed timelines for an announcement but I’m more confident than ever that we have our man.

No - choice of words - Robbo used decision I should have said the contract will be formally finalized and an announcement made. As I keep saying and if you read my previous post it only has required some finer details to be confirmed before the verbal yes goes to paper. That’s the “window dressing” bit.
