We could probably add Leon Cameron to the list as well.
That is all the Assistant coaches currently in work in Sydney.

The most obvious candidates from this list are:

Shane Mumford; his secret weapon will be how to teach rucks to clumsily and oafishly deal with opponents without being suspended as often as you’d imagine.

Don Pyke; he can team up with Heath Younie again, maybe they could run a team camp for us. They have some experience doing this.

Craig Jennings; the 2018 AFLX winning coach, who could ask for more? Also, assuming this is the same fella that was drafted by North in 1990 and departed without playing a senior game he would (1) probably have something in common with Skinny McGuinness and North’s League of Ordinary Footballers (aka. Shitmen) and (2) know Al Clarkson.
