I don't care if he goes for the Crows, I hope we are doing everything possible to get him to nominate us. Even if it means agreeing to trade him to Adelaide after two years if he isn't happy.

Yeah wouldn't be a bad carrot to dangle the promise to trade him back. Was also thinking we could get Gunston to do a bit too. If it was done in the right way without being too critical on his time at the crows, pretty sure he could put a number of things we have or do better.

Time will tell I suppose. Will be interesting to see how it goes.

Hawthorn - Salmon (from Essendon)
Essendon - Wellman (from Adelaide) Barnard (from Hawthorn)

That was a ripping trade, everyone got something they needed. Salmon was a gun ruckman and an even better bloke.
