For what’s worth This is what I think happened to Carlton today. The coaches, not the players, got too far ahead of themselves with the new offensive style of play. They rolled the dice and lost.
Next week, against the mortal enemy, the coaches should follow the Buddha’s advice ( the real one, not that prk who played for Geelong) and adopt “the middle ground”. Play a sensible defensive game with offensive overlay!

Can you believe the post game light show and atmospherics of the new stadium in Perth? Even Peter Bell described it like being in a nightclub. Not such a great idea for Perth based AFL players, having regard to history. Just saying!
