I've gotta say, all the best coaches were tough nuts or nigglers or assholes on the field. They seem to make the best coaches. Clarkson, the Scott Brothers, Hardwick, Worsfold right back to guys like Matthews were all Pricks on the field and great guys to have on your side.

Get Josh into the senior role and move Ken on at the end of next year. You'll see a different Port side.
