Analysis Assistant Changes for 2023

So is our "massive" shake up and restructure of the assistant coaching positions:

1. Carr in - Monty out
2. Basset to defence - Chad demoted

That's the sum total? Holy wow! What a difference this will make.

I'd bring chaplin in as an assistant, i didn't like him at the time he left but in hindsight some of things he said about our club on the way out he was right about because he we are 10 years later and not even one GF appearance in that time.
