I'd love to see Erin in the coaches box. Doesn't have to be as a line coach, I'm thinking as an assistant to Josh in the midfield.
Her football pedigree is unrivaled, bleeds PAFC and more importantly I think she would make us a better club in that role.
OTOH he knows what it takes to wear a premiership jumper.

I’d be interested in seeing Robbie in there (if he’s keen). Erin too would of value, she’s a smart operator and athlete.

Dean Solomon would be a good get as boundary side senior assistant coach. He is unlikely to be successful in getting the Essendon job.
He had a strong connection with the players at Gold Coast, the type of skill set which would transfer well to this role at Port.

Well we do like bringing back our own and he does really love this club.
Hopefully he brings something of what we need.
I thought he was already involved in the women’s team anyway?
Looks like he is doing some really good stuff with the Women's team as defensive coach ... Their tackling & defensive play is just so good to watch.

Good. Looks like he’ll be playing for us. It was bullshit we let him play for west last year when he was an employee of the club. Same as when the club wished club employee Marlon Motlop all the best in a GF against us. About time we used it to our advantage.

I love Robbie but his experience is 10 years under daddy donuts. Need strong characters and outside experience
It would be a tough gig to go from one face that many of us find unbearable to look at, straight to another.
If he's genuinely focused on winning flags, shows that he's accountable and demonstrates some smarts in the coaches box, I think he'll win over the fans pretty quickly.
