Based on what?

I actually agree that in a 4 test series WA needed to miss with the state of the WACA, but the WA public has supported Test cricket well over the last few years.

Given it's India you're going to get a reasonable crowd anywhere you play tbh, they always had huge contingents in Perth.

Of course the only small window I had this week to watch the Test on TV, there is rain! Adelaide has been unusually cold and wet the past few weeks, so I guess it isn't a huge surprise, but the showers are never usually this bad during our Test.

WA and SA generally support the Cricket really well; neither of us should get softed.

Looking out of my office window, it's not heavy rain, but it looks like it's settled in; doubt we'll see much more play today.

Genuinely curious. Is that what shortened the careers of Keating and Charman?

Jamie Charman
Played 129 of a possible 257 games (including finals) (50.19% of club games) in 11 seasons with Brisbane (2001-2011)

Clark Keating
Played 139 of a possible 351 games (including finals) (39.60% of club games) in 15 seasons with Brisbane (1992-2006)

Beau McDonald
Played 91 of a possible 260 games (including finals) (35.00% of club games) in 11 seasons with Brisbane (1998-2008)

Unbelieveably injury prone those three blokes.

Cheers, Knew I missed a ruck but couldn't think of who. Were those knee injuries?

Wonder if that's why Leuenberger is injury prone, oh and just remembered West did his knee at the Gabba this year too. I think it has some sort of effect.

The Lions have never had much luck with ruckman.

Quoting this post again to highlight the complete idiocy of this flog
To early for that call. if playing this game and tweaking his back sees him miss the WC or part of it, then it was a bad decision to play.

I was surprised when he was named tbh.

As said this back flare up could have happened any time.

The docs/phys at CA have basically they aren't really sure how to prevent it from happening.

That's quite concerning. If you don't know how to prevent it there's probably no knowing how to modify training to preserve it. Worrying prospect.
