Larkey is B grade at best.

If this is true we're pretty f***ed.

We'll either need to prize another KPF outta somewhere or wait a long time for someone else to develop.

He needs a genuine tall, forward beside him.

We have no second tall option (Xerri wasn't ready to start the year. Will be interesting to see how he goes when he comes in).

X should have been in this week. He could not have done more and denying him a game was stupid.

We have no crumbing forwards.

It's an ongoing problem and has been for some time.
We have no depth up forward.

Not when a bloke that is smashing the door down is being denied games no.
This isn't a 'structure' problem. It's a personnel problem, and anyone who tries and tells you otherwise is a fool.

We've had this issue for longer than we've had Noble if that is what you're getting at.

Brown struggled one out. Larkey is struggling one out.

I'll say just one thing.
Not playing Xerri is a nonsense.

It is, but what's the point with this silly game plan? Sooner or later people are going to have to confront this!

Imagine how much more productive Cam & Larkey would be if we put X at CHF and played more direct?

The smaller blokes would also benefit.

Easy to be bitter n’twisted but this team ain’t going anywhere in next few years if Dumont, Garner and Atley are still getting games. The definition of list cloggers ....

Our forward line looked the most dangerous when we had two talls (various combinations of Brown/Majak/Larkey/Waite/Wood/Petrie/Black) WITH crumbing forwards/forward pressure type players floating around (Boomer/Thomas/etc).

We've been seriously lacking the latter since Thomas and Harvey left, and the talent at the former has been thin at best.

IMO our forward line looked the most dangerous playing 3 talls.

Something we probably could have looked to emulate by bringing in X.

The crumber thing probably still a bit of an issue but perhaps our mediums all get a downgrade on opponent.
