Just interested to know, he didn't do any damage against us, however the other 21 players did! I have no basis to say OI pay players, am just interested to see why a player who potentially was getting paid good coin and loved by the supporters would leave - was he an OI player prior to going to Silvan, that could be the reason for his return. Read it whichever way you will. ;)
Heard that he was already working at a club sponsor of OI, where a few players also work and they got into his ear.

What are you eating, Ryeboy? Viagra?

A brave effort from Luke Geister to get off his death bed and inspire OEG to their first win. What a miraculous recovery from a guy who couldn't work and might never have played footy again to be running around 2 weeks later.:thumbsu:

Don't start clown! He still missed 2 matches from a dogs act so only makes your bloke 4 weeks worse off. Just keep your stupid comments to yourself.

Some interesting games coming up this weekend. I reckon this round will tell us a lot about which team is going to a) be a finals contender or b) an early chance for relegation to Premier C.

Good post Jascave.

Well done to HR who did what most of the tipsters didnt pick. Well done to OE for their last qtr blitz. The rest were as expected (maybe except for OI)

Picking up on an earlier post, and from viewing posts in A section, we are ammos, we can't pay players, so the only thing good clubs can do is to offer employment opportunities. Have i got that wrong?

Where are the little boys from St Bernards? Sore losers? I was disappointed you didn't stay on after the game for too long on Saturday, especially you Griffin. I must admit you may have been a little stiff with one of those 'Touched' calls by the umpy in the last quarter, but the other one you weren't, because I touched it!

Told you we would win, and we did. Mr Murphy, you look like one of your drunken fat feral supporters next to the point post in the last quarter with your 'lock of the week' prediction!!!

Tips for this week b4 I forget.

Uni Blacks over the other ferals
Old Carey over a lackluster St Kevin's
OEG easily

Old Ivanhoe to send St Bernards to 2-3 and the bottom 4, where they will stay.

Tootle loo!!!

What's to start? I was merely highlighting the feats of an inspiring individual whom by all reports nearly died after he chose the wrong target to take a swing at. And you can sugar coat your version however you like. Despite the only version of a neutral observer to witness the incident, who conveniently happens to be registered on bigfooty and felt strongly enough to write to the VAFA, we're extremely confident the 'dogs act' was a retaliation. Justice has since been served and your man has made a miraculous recovery. All's well that ends well my good friend.

You’re no friend of mine… I don’t associate with people of your ilk.

play on

Hampton Rovers V Uni Blacks - HR will hopefully get a couple more back this week, should be a good test against a quality team.

Old Carey V St Kevins - Carey are normally a much better team at home, but the SOBS mids should take control.

Old Essendon V Oakleigh - Last week may have got the ball rolling for the boys in Keilor, Oakleigh would wanna start winnning a few before the World Cup - rumour has it they will lose 10 blokes for a fair few weeks.

MHSOB V Old Haileybury - Unfortunately losing 12 players from their 2009 premiership will never help going up a grade, hope they put up a good fight, the boys from Haileybury should win by 12 goals.

St Bernards V Old Ivanhoe - If St Bernards are going to win anywhere it will be at the pit, but i think the Hoers have a little too much class.

I agree with ML. Play on. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion on who they think will/wont win.

All clubs have their alleged 'feral' supporters, but this should not tarnish the rest of the club who are generally great people to deal with.

I've had nothing but good interactions with St Bernards in the past, as well as most teams that are in B Grade this year.

Please note that "Get Over It" is not an Old Haileybury Supporter and we can not work out who it is. Please ignore all his comments about Old Haileybury.

The rovers player should thank god every night that the incident did not end in tradgedy.Think about it?

Sore loser??? hmmm or is it your a bad winner..."I told you we would win" who says that?...but all kudos to you blokes, nice win.

A few things...
-The guys that look after your scoreboard obviously didnt go to the school, was the correct score up at any stage during the day?

- That 80yo umpire we had, what a c*ck, how can he be B Grade standard?

- And lastly if you can tell me the exact amount of time im supposed to stay after the game (to the minute please) and ill make sure i adhere to your rules next time out at the badlands. I did stay for a solo before having to scoot and cheer myself up at the G.

Look forward to the return match at the Pit.

Over and out.

Chaps, Chaps, Chaps,

My sources say that that get over it supporter is from surprise, surprise, Hampton. End of story. Not sure which particular bloke from there it belongs to but whenever you read Old H perhaps insert Hampton. And which other club would be up to such mischief?

Nice work PE, and my mail suggest it was someone who played Clubbies against Ormond 11.40am then went up the road to watch OH v StB as a forward scout.....mmmm, I wonder who that could be???

Think about what, Ken? That your player shouldn't have had a crack if he wasn't prepared to cop one back? You're right. It could've ended in tragedy. As could the worse case scenario in any incident involving forceful contact. Our lad did the wrong thing, but let's not forget your kid was just as responsible for his own actions. The fact he missed 2 weeks is justified by his actions. It's just a shame the reason was a result of a poor decision by our lad and not a sanction from the VAFA tribunal.

I think we all agree that he's not an OH person, but you'd want to have some solid evidence before you go casting aspersions that it's one of our lads. Reveal your source or get your source to reveal the person responsible.
Hearsay is a beautiful thing.....

Hey Angela Lansbury, i think you may want to look up old posts by this trouble maker, he isn't a HR person clearly by his constant bagging in earlier posts of our club and supporters. Don't think he is a OH person either, pretty sure just a sad individual with no affiliation to any club in the area.

GOI - What happened to this comment from earlier post's - typical not one to stick to his word!!

Long time between posts for myself gentlemen, but i've been trying to do a bit of soul searching down in Chapel Street for my club. Uni Blacks are a well drilled side, and with the inclusion of David Robbins to their side, gives them a number of options in the midfield and up forward. Wonder what they have offered the Liston Trophy Medalist to come play for a uni.

Good to see the Hampton boys give Oakleigh a flogging on their home turf. I trust their feral supporters would have been in full voice from the sideline.

We've got Haileybury this weekend at home. Another tough task ahead for us. Lets hope the ex AFL boys get lost on the way to the game.

Without doubt the most inept and gutless performance I have seen by an Oakleigh Krusher team.Never looked like threatening Hampton, and in fact a couple of their players were looking sideways when the big fella from Hampton got the ball.He danced around three players in the 1st Quarter, and no one wanted to put a tackle on him. Most of the supporters were watching in stunned silence at such a pitiful performance.
