Get it off your chests now if you want to lads coz when we start the S.25 thread, it's in the past. I'm not happy that Haro was banned and I don't agree with it but it's done.
I spoke with the Admin, SFA Mods and Chief when the decision was made, I'd suggest doing the same if you want answers.

Posting spoilers isn't really a big deal mate. There are bigger issues in life. I actually read the reason why Haro received a day ban and I was appalled. He is being victimised.

Now I want to no why he's been forum banned and nobody can answer me.

I had no issue with Haro and actually enjoyed trying to get under his skin as much as he enjoyed getting under evryone else’s who wasn’t a bomber. I don’t know why he was banned so can’t anwser your question.

Yes there are bigger issues in life than posting spoilers, you are absolutely right. Can you do me a solid mate, please PM me all the movies you are going to watch in 2018 so that I can shoot you through plot twists and endings just for shits and giggles. I mean. It’s no big deal right

It’s not an entitlement but it would help anyone from making the same mistake. This response is in keeping with the whole sorry saga.
And I didn’t see your post I haven’t been following the thread. Normally somebody would make a thread about it, perhaps a teammate or something as to why the leagues biggest poster was banned. But the silence is deafening.

Taking all emotion out of it those are the facts. I've never seen an instance in my history on BF where mods or BF admin have ever had to explain themselves, I did my best to offer an explanation purely through a sense of community.

I'll add to this if I can with the disclaimer that we're happy as mods to field questions privately but there won't be any public discussion from our behalf, mainly because we have done what we can in this instance.

Firstly, KohPhi is a gem and should certainly be first cab off the rank in terms of who the next Bombers captain will be. He's been very productive in our discussions this evening.

Secondly, this isn't an isolated incident. We've had an ongoing continuance of issues with HaroLad over a long period, obviously this has blown up in particular over the last couple of months. It comes to a stage with any poster that keeps up a particular behaviour that eventually words don't work any more. This is the result of perhaps a months worth of consideration and discussion not only between the mods of this forum but the admin and super mods of the entire website. On his return to the forum from his ban HaroLad was told in no uncertain terms that his particular behaviour wasn't going to be tolerated any more and that a repeat would see his forum privileges removed, an instruction he responded to with public admission that he wouldn't be changing and eventually another red card for things he was told to avoid (within a week no less). Eventually the time comes to say enough is enough.

It's not been an easy decision for any of us because we all identify the Sweet FA is a special community for all of us. The last thing any mod here wants to do is remove somebody from the community, least of all somebody who is a regular to heavy contributor. The onus has to some on to Haro though, he knew he was on his last chance but felt he was above the rules and the final warning given to him which is an unarguable fact in this situation.

End of the day this is a lesson learned for a teenager (no, not in his thirties guys) that wanted to take on the forum authority and operate above the rules of the website. We all hope he can take some time to reflect as it is by no means a permanent removal but one which will be sizeable enough to hammer home some truths. What happens down the track is completely on HaroLad.

In conclusion, the mods and the committee will do all they can to assist the Bombers in this transition period.

I'm not important enough for Chief to respond to in regards to HaroLad. Filthy summed that up before. It's a sad state of affairs we face ourselves with. Not only here but in everyday life. It brings a tear to my eye.

As much as I hate to admit it, you make a good point. However, where on any forum on BigFooty, including this one, have you ever seen such a backlash, confusion, discussion and response to somebody being removed?

In all honesty since it happened I've had one PM from KohPhi and that's it. Nobody even really questioned it in here until Nakia today and that took half a day to get any follow up. If anything the mods have remarked a few time on how little backlash there has been. I do believe I covered everything fairly in my post when it happened.

To be honest, I thought a media piece would/might have come across as disrespectful to Haro. Its why I/we kept the discussion in the team thread.
