Banfield looked worst player in the ground all day. I thought we really should have injected O’Driscoll half way through the third quarter. Either Banfield or Fyfe.

Fyfe was poor defensively but Banfield was literally a positive to the Giants just about every time he touched it

Most gutting season I can recall.

The emotions after Carlton, Port, Hawks, Essendon, Geelong and GWS losses ave affected me in ways I didn't consider possible. Putting more effort into hobbies and things I can control, but it can't override that following this club is the most important thing to me after family.

We played well, lots to work on - every one of these losses there seems to be insane coaching inaction from Justin that causes us to trump up short. Diabolical selection last week, keeping Banners on this week.

It's relentless.

It's boggling he was kept on tbh, we have 3 guys who are shorter but can play tall (Draper, Ryan, Chapman). Sub him off if he's hurt :/

• Brayshaw had a huge game.
• Reidy did his job in the middle not bad for a first gamer
• Drizzy had a huge impact as sub
• Kept in it on the scoreboard until the very end
• Serong had a great return with 2 goals despite being heavily tagged

Bad

• Cox playing 5-20m away from the best forward in the competition who is basically killing us all day
• Banners useless all day and throwing away the game with that fifty in the dying minutes
• Another promising season ends in heartbreak in a predictable dockery manner

Damn would’ve preferred a belting tbh. Injuries have completely torpedoed our season. We probably win all three of the last games with Pearce playing. It’s kinda incredible Draper has performed as well as he has.

Of course we do , or if Darcy was paying or we are more experienced, or if jlo pays Reidy instead of tabs…or if the plane didn’t run out of water
