If you are being consistent in your analysis, then we have to say we are even more of a basketcase now, because we have never had such a bad start to a season as this one under Bolton. But of course it is never that simple- unless it suits your own biases.

I think Wallis is a bit slow and limited to an inside mid for our team since we have Cripps and Kennedy.

Top teams ATM like eagles, Richmond and melbourne spread really well from the contest and surge forward...we would struggle to defend that with Cripps, Wallis and Kennedy in the middle.

Hopefully there's a mature mid out there who is a bigger body but also good on the outside.

Agree but we need some support for Cripps now, a mature inside body and when Kennedy gets some continuity he may (or may not) be that player. Don’t think all 3 would play but I am not convinced Kennedy is the answer so have no issue creating competition for the spot.

You always looks faster when you have the ball. If he can dish the ball to Dow, SPS, Fisher, O’Brien, Murphy et al, we would start to look better.
