We can debate whether Choco knows...though he does have a close connection in his daughter.

But don't see how you are denying what i'm saying...when someone asks what Carlton's colour is, you say navy blue. You don't say blue and white.
That makes us likely the 1 colour team.

Hawthorn on the other hand are clearly 2 colours.

Sorry but I think Williams was referring to jumper colour not what they are referred to.

Well then yes it makes no sense since every team has more than 1 colour...unless that was his point, to be purposely vague and give nothing.

Still as i said, though we technically have 2 colours on our guernsey when describing our jumper colours you would just say 'blue'. That's it. Not blue and white.

Re: Shiel not making up his mind.... doesn’t at all surprise me. Hawthorn obviously been extremely successful and playing under Clarko would be a massive pull. The there’s the and childhood team in Carlton, the $ and so much potential in the list. Being impartial, not an easy decision to make at all.

While it would be good to get new talent at the club i just cant get excited by this.

Why? He is not a league super star and can I understand most feel we were held to ransom, but he will improve us significantly. Slightly overvalued due to demand and supply, but at our stage of development we need some like him. Simo, Murph, Kruzer, Daisy etc.. are all in the twilight of their careers.

The snow ball effect it will have on memberships, attracting other players will help. We are buying hope which we desperately need
