At St Kilda?
There’s a few clubs fighting for you…I spoke to the AFL and apparently Carlton would have to pay compensation if I went to another club...
Too late we've already replaced you. He's really tall too.I spoke to the AFL and apparently Carlton would have to pay compensation if I went to another club...
He is implying TCP doesn't get good mail. Why are you replying to a post from 2 months ago...?
Thanks 10c. Appreciate you.Dow and fisher will go cheaply. Club in no rush to get the deals done unless it benefits us, but happy to accommodate the players requests. No interest in gresham
Suspect fisher will get done soon

I’d be going with a more potent forward line, which needs some fixing.I’d be keeping the kid thats 19 and kicked two clutch goals in the semi final.
when tcp suggested paddy was offered a 2-3 year deal at carlton (think that was what he meant) the post received 115 likes..........He is implying TCP doesn't get good mail.

So you think Fisher deal will get done soon for not much (cheap)? Appreciate the info but how does that align with the club isn't in a rush to deal unless we benefit?

The worlds changed. More campaigners around.Oh awesome, more petty sniping of people posting mail...
Up there with the childish laugh reactions that seem to be becoming more commonplace.

We challenge this behaviour.
If laugh emoji trolling is happening, please report it.
May have already been cleaned up, but it has definitely been evident in the Bluemour Only thread of late.
Good post.
One interesting point is Twomey has mentioned a couple of times that he thinks Curtin might slide a little bit. I take this to mean if Eagles keep pick 1 they'll take Reid, and then probably North and also Hawthorn and Dogs aren't so interested in him.
I guess it could play out a number of ways.
But agree with your main point, would hate to trade big to get #8 and end up with Sanders.
Moving up to 8 could also see us "reach" for a player who we really like that won't get to us at 17, if the player we hope slides to 8 gets picked up early.
I'll throw Wilson and Leake in here as the kinds of names that could refer to.
If we expect them to go in the early/mid teens, but we really want one, Geelong's pick may simply represent the best/only opportunity to get in before other clubs take them.
9 - Essendon - unlikely to want to slide back
10 - Adelaide - unlikely to want to slide back
11 - Gold Coast - matching academy bid
12 - Sydney - unlikely to want to slide back
13 - St Kilda - unlikely to want to slide back
14 - Melbourne - unlikely to want to slide back
15 - North - maybe an option in the Fisher trade somehow?
16 - GWS - one spot unlikely to make a difference
If we reckon Sydney, St Kilda or Melbourne are sniffing around the player(s) we hope last to us, then getting ahead of them becomes the objective.
Do you mean if Curtin is left at #8?What about Curtain?
We should go all in on Drape(s)rWhat about Curtain?
Depends on the balance of points vs. available list spots. I think they'll trade it, but they're not gonna build up a bank of 10 x 3rd round picks to pay for their guys, that's not gonna work for them. Why would GC keep 11?
Surely they trade it.

Unlikely, but yeah, he'd be a great get for us.
