West Coast have finished in the bottom 2 for the last 3 years. Yet will only have had one pick below 8

Those picks will all come in at least 10 before the bid. We are easily all good.Am I right in thinking with 63, 68 and 69 we only have 220 points to match a Ben Campo bid at the moment? So if he's bid on prior to pick 54 we can't currently match...
More movement incoming if that's the case you'd think.
Didn't mind that deal at all, would have been great to go to the draft with 12 and 14For me, I thought the trading for 14 was brilliant.
Only if you allow it, other ways of trading back that pick, if we weren't targeting pick 14, but it's still part (or an F2), of the Eagles deal34 would have been swallowed by the Ben bid. Owies we almost certainly would have had to delist, and we got some more points.
If we are focusing on the main picks, yesSo it comes down to 12 + 14 vs 3.
AgreedI'm more inclined to take the 2 picks in this draft, but yes, won't be able to assess until years down the track.
SameLet's nail pick 3 (which will probably be 4).
You’d be spinning knowing there’s a chance you get to Carlton who played in a prelim in 2023 and need a POD midfielder especially given how all of these kids areCan you imagine being the lads touted as top 5 picks and now knowing than an actual contending club will be picking at #3?
Somebody’s gonna get lucky.
Seems like many are pleased if we get 3 and lose 12 14 and Owies.
To me that seems like us being done over.
Feel free to try and convince me otherwise.

totally disagree...it's our main problem! Our back line is an issue... but not our main issue...
Yep, a certain Dan Houston was pick 45, Rookie Draft for example...This interests me as much as anything else. Should get a young gun at 3 but a lot of very good players have been recruited with late, mid season or rookie picks. Nailing these can be game changer stuff
I'd start by trading out Walsh...has zero hurt factor !We absolutely need more gun midfielders. Different to ours.

Glick your dirty rascal, that's a big bomb
Pick 3 going to Dees for PetraccaA couple of wild rumors going around in former player circles on socials today. None I've seen here.
What was it he posted this time?
he/coaching staff have had 6yrs to work on his disposal...you either have it or you don't!Agree on SW’s disposal / needs to be working on that as the 1st port of call over the off/pre-seasons (+ when/where to call for the ball).
Obviously no back problems will be high up there too.
If 6 and 10 was on the table for 3 why would we have taken 12 + 14 from usWhat about 3 for 6 and 10?
6 to the draft and 10 for Houston?
