I want Gibbs to stay at CFC, but he would improve your chances of making the GF significantly more than two teen draft picks that will be pushed back by Academy kids (ie. #13 will become circa #18, etc.). You are close, but lack a few key pieces. He could be one. What is that worth?

Just because his manager says he doesnt know doesnt mean he or his dad hasnt spoken with the Crows which is what the rumour is. Could be taking a leaf out of Buddy's book.

No, he wasn't. He was traded as a state league pre-selection by GWS, but was never on their list.

I would trade Bryce for Crows 2016 1st pick 13/14 and 2017 2nd rounder.
Trade on two 2017 2nd rounders to GWS for package deal .
Crows pick 13/14 and Tuohy to Sydney for Mitchell replace one gun with another younger and gain at least 3 to 4 extra quality years from Titch and bring in the Talls from GWS straighten our spine and midfield too.

Possible the crows would give up their first for Gibbs but that's it for a guy who will be 28 before the start of next season.
That pick (14?) and Tuouy for TMitch would be a good result.
Marchbank and Stewart and 15 for this years first would be pretty reasonable as well.
Considering our lack of class below Sloane, I would take anyone in the list I put up. Gibbs is nearly 28 so I don't think giving up the farm is a worthwhile scenario. We need to do something though otherwise we will be bombing out in the prelims for the next 3-5 years. Maybe another team gets involved to help out?

I don't think this one will go through, it's highly unlikely Adelaide (or Port for that matter) would pay what Carlton would want for Gibbs; which would be overs given he is contracted and a crucial cog in our shockingly undermanned, workman-like midfield not to mention one of only a few leaders at the club. Find it hard to believe Bryce wants to go anyway.

This Should work for all. Marchbank is far better then all other GWS players Blues have got will partner well with Weitering for years. Hopefully blues pick 5 for T.Mitchell would rather blues land him then Hawks. Crows pick 13 hopefully involved in getting Rockliff.

Well the Blues don't want to use pick 5 on Marchbank but he ain't the same as the other spud GWS players the blues have got. Gws would probably give up a Jake Barrett as well as they need to offload players.
I can understand the logic in wanting Gibbs, but I don't think we'd be able to find the currency for him even if he wanted to come.
Aside from future draft picks most of what we have (that could be on the table) would fall into the "quantity over quality" basket.

The Crows via their media links??? You are joking of course. The rumour was started on Big Footy, picked up by 2 on ESPN and then the rest of the media ran with it. What a laugh. You do know that your resident media clown m Rooch gets all his gossip from Big Footy and then runs with it beginning...It is rumoured blah blah blah blah.
