I know it's not cool to call for perspective so soon after another loss. However, despite being seriously undermanned, we gave the best performance of any team in Domain - apart from a fully fit Adelaide. The 2 stupid goals just before half time really cruelled us.

People that had a go at North for having all these old codgers, it wasn't that they all of a sudden become shit. It's because they will struggle with maintaining fitness.
Mini rebuild next year and that includes the coach and coaching department if we don't finish with a premiership. They've had long enough.

Crocker, yeah unfortunately looks Almer Fudd probably what's holding him back. Shit I know him and Brad Scott don't see eye to eye on selection from time to time, but I'd bet a pound to a penny that the majority on here would agree with Crocker's selections.

We've been hindered by injures, I accept that and it's hard to win key men down.

But our structure up forward has been terrible, and our skills also still let us down. But after repeated untidy performances (coach wise, and certain players) i'm starting to get frustrated that it's "same old same old".

Our win/loss record appeared handsome, but it glossed over what it could have been - we were very lucky in some of those games against far inferior/younger opposition even when fit, now we are players down we are losing repeatedly against better teams.

Why is Petrie out there? If he is not spoiling teammates or dropping marks, he is passing off out of bounds when in range for goal. Awesome guy, terrible leader. It's time.

Why have we played Nahas or Ray this year? Both have offered nothing (but good luck to them for trying despite being delisted by inferior clubs......), but we have heaps of young guys who could do similar AND improve?

Our fwd line/midfield delivery is terrible. We dominate games due to maturity/grunt and have nothing to show for it as we lack the skill - Wells and Higgo out exaggerates it greatly, no doubt.

To be honest i'm now more worried about missing finals than top 4/flag aspirations. WCE were very ordinary today - and yet we still lost despite clearly having dominance in play.

No doubt i'll be flamed, but I feel we haven't got near out of this (very talented/mature) list last few years under Scott. We really need to clean up our general play, we are so wasteful with the footy and have too many old guys who simply aren't doing enough. (thoughts naturally north?)

Providing he committed to a rebuild, then I'm actually prepared to back him in. I don't think he's got it in him though.

As mentioned above, we marveled at the depth we had pre-season. Well that depth has been tested and we've failed. 4 straight losses, 5 out of the last 6. And now teetering on the edge of the 8, and a game behind the pack, with the worst percentage. Facing Port and Pies in the next 2 weeks, teams in good recent form and hungry for our spot.

How many of our players have actually improved this season? I'd suggest with confidence that more players have regressed this year than gone forward.

I'm of the view that Scott can go. We have the list to win a flag, but not the coach. I am convinced of it. Petulant, stubborn, and lacking nouse on match day when challenged.

To put it in perspective: This is Scott's 7th year. We moved Laidley on after 7 years. Bomber Thompson won his first flag in year 7 after the Cats waited patiently. We've waited long enough. It ain't happening. It's time for someone who can take this list forward before time runs out.

Or we entice Blakey home. Flags under Pagan, assistant under Lethal during the Lions dynasty, assistant to Roos and Longmire when Swans won flags. There is no better pedigree. It's a question of does he want to be head coach.
