Yes you are. He isn’t on the first page of things to be considered. Mainly a reserve player at Melbourne so far in any case, for the same reasons he was at North.

But we can all see what the problem has been - Bard arrogantly running the show - accountable to no one.

The Board and the club (including supporters) can't be so naive next time into thinking that employees of the club are there ..for the benefit of North Melbourne...

This is a professional business and people are there to manage their own careers, to manage their brand and self promote. This is even more the case when ultimate success is lacking as it has been for North Melbourne under Bard.

Everything you say there is right and I agree with it all. I guess its just a symptom for me of all of the young players our football department never developed over the last 5 odd years.

I dont think Brad was as bad as some people do but I do think our football department has been deplorable over his time. List management especially.

I agree. I like Brad but the time is up and he knows it.

I understand others don't, but I think he's always tried to do by the best by the club, as he's said, and I don't believe he's done anything but that and said repeatably when he feels like he can't do anything more for the club he will part ways. And that time is basically now.

So I aint going to kick him because this year has gone shit. What he could do be be a real c*** and run it till its dead.
