The coach sets the overall standards and accountability levels though, and our standards and accountability levels are non-existent.

Our standards are as high as Mother Teresa on Sunday.

Richmond had two bad losses to us and Melbourne early in the year. We all laughed at how much of a spud Hardwick was, and how we were lucky we didn't hire him. And what happened? Their leaders have stood up and their playing group has responded. I've love to be Richmond at the moment.

I'd be happy to be nearly anyone but us at the moment. We were building at an incredibly slow rate. Fans were by and large patient. We get to this year. Finally the patience was going to pay off. It was expected. And it isn't going to happen. We haven't even plateaued. We've plummeted. The list is old. The younger players aren't developing. The future is bleak.

Six years of patience and no pay off will happen. Six years wasted. Every club should be happier than us. Even Carlton belatedly bit the bullet and realised they needed to start over. We haven't even reached that depth yet.

I've always considered the calls to sack Brad to be premature. But after another big loss - this time to Gold Coast who have won only one other game this year - I can't see how Brad can possibly be anything other than a failure at North. He is done.

Who is our president by the way? The one that presides over the board, and over saw the decisions to extend Brad Scotts contract in 2014 because apparently The Gold Coast Suns were keen on him? Well GC, you dodged a bullet.

The same board that had faith in Brad Scott and allowed him to run a muck in Recruiting Nick Dal Santo, Waite, and extending the careers off Petrie,Firrito McMahon for **** sake is still on our list, why??

Other than the chain link handballs out of defenece, I struggle to think of anything we've implemented and performed on a consistent basis at least at an above average level.

Fitness? - Utah hasn't worked

Gameplan? - As soon as the players get out of defensive 50, they litterally have no idea what to do, decision making was below putrid. They are handsomely paid and can't excute the core elements of their job.

Player development? Players have kicked on and then stagnated, most have nowhere near reached their potential.

Player intensity? - Self explanatory through his whole tenure.

Results? - Same as above


I like Brad and honestly believe he has bought into the club, but he has been given all the resources he asked for, and then some.

We have a list that is capable of much more.

I'll never say a bad word about JB and never will but direction of the club and tolerance of results means the club needs new direction.

We don't need a Carlton/St Kilda type rebuild but we need to take a step back before going forward.

Then they bitch about when Zeibell gets weeks for rough conduct.........the rules have changed test them at least Hawthorn knowing that some of the elder stars are about to hang them up are testing the match review committee each week.

This group of players are soft and too nice.....we hear the same rhetoric every week now. These kids are starting to be in their prime and they're giving us nothing.

Lol was quoting an old Zondorism, but mate its a top to bottom job, they all need to take responsibility, the board for accepting results, the football department for not implementing a sustainable football culture and the leadership group being to weak to drive or improve it.

Club needs a massive clean out, until the inevitable happens, we're still in for dark times yet.

A few people at the club have opened there eyes recently it is whether mr Brayshaw and co act on those thoughts especially after tonight's performance putting a full stop to there thoughts.
