Not much has been said about Oakleigh on here, they had good depth last year and could have done anything at the pointy end of last year. Thoughts?

Hi All, Parkside F.C. in the Northern FL (Div2) is looking for a practice match on either April 4th or 5th. Can play at our ground or can travel. Please call Peter Dean on 0401 779 563 or PM me.

yeah good young bunch even heard a few of them invested in a razor to trim the mazenod monobrow impeding their vision into two seperate entitys for this season so should do better than last year given they might actually be able to see the ball , looks like those old boys made a good choice in there new found clubs to finish there careers if there waiting for mazenod to go to b grade

you must be associated with Parkdale with that smart & articulate post???

If my assumption is correct, the closest you guys would get to B-Grade is mentioning it in conversation...

I know this subject has probably been done to death and this question is not designed to cause a war of words but from someone recently introduced to this league I am wondering how does C Section compare to other suburban and country leagues around Melbourne?

Fine but more importantly Sharks will head back to B grade, plenty of spirit will see them back on the rise.

yeah they were really competitive last year the sharks , they got gutted , filleted and served up for 18 rounds , heard the boys like eating shark down at krusher dome

Thanks for the insight lads

OK for what its worth.

The SFL has played the best from C grade to D4 in recent years, the ammos have won all the games. Most of the top sides in C grade would be more than competitive with the top sides in the SFL. They would hold therie r own against most WFL sides. This will change from year to year depending on the teams comming up or down from the other grades. The standard is high and would surprise many who haven't seen a C grade game.

Thanks for that.
I know one C Grade side in practice matches recently have beaten EFL Division 4 sides comfortably and matched a Division 2 side for most of games, but of course that is one club and it is fairly hard to gauge.
I'm sure there are people here who have played/watched both?

I was at the Oakleigh v Ajax game last year when the young Ajax player snapped his ankle. His foot was at right angles. Worst injury i've ever seen. Reminiscent of the Nathan Brown injury.

I was wondering if any Ajax supporters out there could tell me whether the kid is playing footy again this season.

ESP with Timmy Collins leading the pack with his new found freedom...
dont worry about the old timer timmy collins rumor has it the new gary ablett down beauy way is marcus lee apparently he has pushed jason out of the square and told him just tell the boys to kick to me! i will do the rest! predicting at least 70-80 goals this year!

Who's got who for this weekend?
Anyone have insight to how any sides are moving?
Beauy, MHSOB, and bulleen is what i hear? Not sure of the sources reliability but anyone got anything for the weekend?

saggy pills x

Heard Ajax beat SKOB [B GRADE] BY 5 GOALS in today's practice match.... Any reports?

well done and thanks to the caulfield boys yesterday for the hitout against werribee. have a quality midfield and overran us in the last quarter. one gripe - number 14, u r a tool. just remember u were playing against a team a few sections below IN A PRACTICE MATCH. theres no need for that shit. that bump was thoroughly deserved
