Pretty sure i'll be heading down there on Thursday morning. Looking forward to seeing how the guys look for their first run after Christmas.

Hey guys, what's a good time to go to training if you want to see the boys running around? Do they train outside all day? Might try and catch them but don't love the sound of 8am.
Training Report 6th January (comprehensive):
Boys ran some laps, did some skillful stuff with a football

Not quite right.
Hendo was out for 15 minutes before slipping back into the rooms.
Murphy was also in the mix initially and then disappeared off radar. Not thinking injury though.
Judd is probably nursing a sore *ahem* from his honeymoon
Murphy had to leave early to keep his appointment with a Blacktown Real Estate Agent.Murphy left the track very early in the session. Had a chat to the coaches, and then went inside. Didn't leave the track with any trainers, so i'm hopeful there's no injury there.

Anorexic Mclean.

Lachie did train, but only some stationery handball drills. Didn't appear to be hampered when moving around, so i'm hoping the hip injury isn't too bad.
Thought the session wasn't great in terms of skills on show, with alot of the players spraying kicks. Only really Simpson and Gibbs stood up in this regard over the 2.5 hours. Even guys like Yarran were spraying them a bit, not like there usual silky skills. However, being our first session back, it's probably a chance to blow some cobwebs out after Christmas.
There really seemed to be an emphasis on kicking and hitting targets today. Even one drill, players were kicking on their opposite foot. Some real clangers in that drill - hello Setanta and Hampson.
There was a beep test in front of the Hero's Stand, and Walker smashed 'em with a 22 beep! Others that did well here were Carrazzo, Armfield and Duigan.
Was nice to get out to Carlton early this morning in the sun. One thing though - open the bloody cafe!
Nah General, I've heard he's come clean to the club about him going to GWS and so the club is refusing to let him do any training that involves learning tactics/skills and will not be played in the seniors at all this year.
