I'm sure I'm being overly straight-forward, but exactly what else is there to worry about? You can't determine whether any KPI's are reasonable until you know how much someone is prepared to pay for them...

True. Yet some here wait and want MM to spell out how and what will be done to change our plight? Haha makes me laugh. I know, let's spell out our game plan to the opposition on a weekly basis to appease the "fans"..

Different styles of management. Ive worked under both and I can tell you which one got more out of me.

History has shown that MM is both.. A father figure type, if you will, who'll give you advice that's best for you. Not just the mate type like ratten. I find it hard to believe there's no flip side to mick's hard, home truths attitude when he publicly cries and comforts his players after a GF loss (and finals win)..

It's horses for courses. Much akin to the great Phil Jackson who coached a team but also coached each player as individuals, depending on what's required. He's miles ahead on ratten on that point.
