You don’t have to sit there and wait. You can think “if I had 25 I would think ‘x’ is best available at that point. I’m happy to move picks around to pay the right price for that.”
SOS is teaching everyone this “best available Vs needs” debate is archaic.
Move picks around to nail BOTH needs and best available at the same time.

Many ways to cut it
Trade future 1sts with a club that has multiple 2nd round picks this year, North, Crows, Lions, etc
Moreover clubs will probably start to assess which players they want and then get the picks they need, rather than seeing which players they can get with the picks they have.

You don’t know if it was incorrect, but I agree that pick has extra value. Was already proven last year.

Why dislike this? Two players don't make a trade period, just gently stating a fact. I'm not hinging it on the acquisition of Martin, it wasn't a reference to that.
