Agree, but really think we are lacking without a crumber and that Garlett needs to come in. Hannan could go out, but he's having a consistent scoreboard impact with 13 in 8. Perhaps ANB makes way after two poor games, regardless of his GPS numbers.Spargo may be young, but I wouldn't be resting him for the sake of resting him. He has the week off with the bye anyway, and he was the only one who wanted to put on some pressure in our forward line.
I’d be leaving Harmes Smith Salem and Hannan in the side. I think Tim Smith or Weideman for Pedersen and I’d like to see Balic get a go but think Garlett would likely come in first.Agree.

yeah I completely agree, that's the way i'd go about it. time for Vince to be moved out of defence. he hasn't got the legs anymore or the cool head required under pressure.I actually think Smith should be a permanent fixture in the side. Even if we bring another tall in. He’s 191cm and can go to a flank. Just keep playing him.
Agreed he's a mobile 3rd tall who frees up pig and Jetta to do their shitI actually think Smith should be a permanent fixture in the side. Even if we bring another tall in. He’s 191cm and can go to a flank. Just keep playing him.

ANB would be undroppable for the coaches, I reckonAgree, but really think we are lacking without a crumber and that Garlett needs to come in. Hannan could go out, but he's having a consistent scoreboard impact with 13 in 8. Perhaps ANB makes way after two poor games, regardless of his GPS numbers.
I have erased the previous game from my memory. But looking at recent form something just seems off with Petracca - I agree with some poster's that perhaps he needs a rocket and a week off because he is not fulfilling his potential. I also think our midfield needs something, we got smashed two weeks in a row which is terrible considering it is our strongest area. I'm going to put that down to fatigue and hope they come back firing. But if they don't I'm looking at Viney for Tyson. Not don't kill me I love Viney but he isn't back to his true form yet which is why I'm saying let's give him a couple more weeks but maybe he needs to get some more confidence in the VFL
?More proof for those of us who think you should play VFL before AFL.
?
Viney did play VFL before AFL... of course Tommy didn’t though. Your right, we should send him back to the VFL to earn his spot.
I got laughed at for suggesting dropping Viney to VFL. He's struggling and since coming back into the side, our stoppage work has gone backwards. I think Petracca and Viney both need a spell in the VFL to find touch. I doubt it will happen and tbh, Viney in particular is probably close to a huge game, but look at what it did for Gus, Billings for the Saints!Viney played one game and has looked crap for the most part.
Tmac was the exception not the rule, when you miss almost a year of footy like Viney you should earn confidence and touch through the VFL.
When we bought him in we weren't exactly desperate for another clearance player.
