I know this is a hoodoo match but really, we have some good run and carry, momentum into the match and Dale Thomas coming back in for Blues.

I was nervous on ANZAC day but not nervous for Saturday. We win strongly and we take the lead early and crush their spirits.

Let's worry about our upcoming matches on Sunday/Monday. For now, send your strong telepathic vibes to the players to grind Carlton into the dirt and then to allow Pendlebury Jr to get born on Sunday at a decent hour so as not to disrupt the team balance.

Given how often genuine last minute emergencies are called up in the hour before the game (almost never).....

I'd think it's the obvious choice....allows you to rest only one player and not force two players to have the weekend off.
