I’m playing MG if he’s fit but a story floating around he is having problems hitting top speed with that hamstring injury would have me worried. I’d be giving Mitch a hell of a workout today to prove he is up to pace.

A few weeks back I though Ladhams was a liability and would have happily seen him drop out for MG (irrelevant now).
But Ladhams has tools in his kit that are freakish and has really rolled up his sleeves in the past month to be an absolute certainty each week.
Ladhams has been really composed in front of goal in the 3 finals he's played too.

Wouldn't be surprised if we drop a tall.

Think all this talk about rain is being well overstated.

A 30% chance of less than 1mm is nothing and we won’t be changing our winning lineup because of a few drops of rain.

Especially now we have such high quality smalls like Fantasia, Rozee, Butters, Motlop and Gray who will feast on the scraps.

I agree. I was more noting that Bevo has very little time for English, and all his rucks, because his midfield is so good.

If they pick Ugle-Hagen, play English and Bont as forwards as well as Naughton, that is a bloody tall forwardline that could expose our height issues in the backline.

Let them do this! Burton can take Bont! Aliir takes English, McKenzie takes Naughton and Jonas destroys UH. Only match up I’d be concerned about would be McKenzie on Naughton because of how Naughton launches at the footy, that will be a massive issue for McKenzie. If Bont plays as a forward I see this as a win for us because then he will have little impact if it’s not down there and it’s more likely not to be if he isn’t winning it in the midfield.

Club spin to lessen the hurt for Georgiades. The bloke got through the SANFL game unscathed.

Joining Powell-Pepper among the emergencies are Tom Clurey, Jarrod Lienert and Sam Mayes.
