It’s prelim final week, all teams competing see their boards go a little funky. Including ours.
I reckon when Gawn drops back to fill a hole, it's incumbent on one of our big
backs to really make him earnt it.
Just smash into him from behind with knees and elbows whilst spoiling.
Yep we can’t just be like “we aren’t going to pay too much attention to what they’re doing we’ll just continue to play our own game”Got to make sure we don't get any players esp. key forwards knocked out. From what I see Melbourne have a focus on hitting the body and the head hard esp key players Tom Mitchell last night is the perfect example. That's N Jetta's second big hit in two weeks and he has a number of mates. How do you defend that? Got to fight fire with fire I reckon. If we meekly let them attack us physically without making them fear us they will knock us out literally and out of the finals. The umpires are not and won't do anything.
Other way around.140pm game is great for us.
Hottest part of the day, hopefully mid to high 20s will hurt Dees. Ball will be dry which helps us and the time will screw with Dees body clocks, it will be like playing at 1130am for them.
We win this well.
Nothing trivial I hope....was his neck not head. More a torn neck muscle.
Meh, it hasn't exactly been boiling hot over here just lately. I don't think any heat will impact one side over another.140pm game is great for us.

So he will fly with neck brace and helmet?!was his neck not head. More a torn neck muscle.
Melbourne played the hunt, fast run and spread style in the Finals quite successfully. Probably, we will slow their tempo by controlling the ball. Avoiding turnover is the key to success too.
Schoey has a bit of campaigner about him plus he would love to be back in the squad after being left out. Schoey can play tall and small and this allows Hurn to play a more attacking game.

Duggan 3 TOs including one out on the full was shocking. But he seemed confident to me.....Everybody made a few errors....
Venners, Duggan, stay of course.
Schoey in...(experience)
Shouldn't jinx it just stay below the radar140pm game is great for us.
