Does anyone know if the team will be training today? And if so, what time?
Cheers
Extract from HS article today about Murphy - poor kid has suffered a lot as a result of 7 concussions. Amazing resilience and sacrifice to keep going.

So he has now alerted the medical authorities of his plight and questions will soon be asked and tests applied. Might get another season out of him before he is declared unfit for further play. Would a helmet help?Extract from HS article today about Murphy - poor kid has suffered a lot as a result of 7 concussions. Amazing resilience and sacrifice to keep going.

Sheesh.
Your like fishing attempt has been successful.Fun Facts with Grotto.
Reason for optimism for the Pies?
Cats have won 1 of their last 7 Qualifying Finals.
2016 2pt win over Hawthorn. IIRC that was a kick after the siren too.
Last time the Cats and Pies met was in 2019, similarly Cats 1st, Pies 4th after H&A, Pies won by 10pts.
Actually Im a punter, so I do go over a lot of stats, I thought this may interest Pies fans.Your like fishing attempt has been successful.
I award you one free like, keep it up and you may get some heart eye reactions.
The article certainly reads that these symptoms persist, rather than having ended with his recovery. So he has now alerted the medical authorities of his plight and questions will soon be asked and tests applied. Club doctors will be all over this surelyThe article certainly reads that these symptoms persist, rather than having ended with his recovery.
If that's correct, then I'm very concerned for the kid.
Helmets don't help with concussion, as consussions are usually about the head suddenly changing direction - I think that's the current consensus anyway. So he has now alerted the medical authorities of his plight and questions will soon be asked and tests applied. Reckon they'll be too lazily complacent to care. Seems as though they reckon they have a God-given entitlement to win the flag this year. It's more likely that the evil peroxide dwarf and the dancing assassin will be hunting down their bloated egos rather than the other way around!Anyone think the Cats will come at our younger players like Naicos and Ginni physically?
Doubt it. Otherwise Bruzzy might have to give the offending Cats players one of his special cuddlesAnyone think the Cats will come at our younger players like Naicos and Ginni physically?
Can you put this on the main board thread as well so i can watch the melts.More Fun Facts with Grotto
Bye Bye Geelong?
You didnt ask for it, but your getting it.
Since 2012, Geelong have won just 4/17 games after a bye. (Compared to Pies that are 7/15)
I hope so, takes the pressure of Johnson, Elliott and MiohocekAnyone think the Cats will come at our younger players like Naicos and Ginni physically?
*9am.They should be training today and Thursday. I would assume around 10am
Anyone think the Cats will come at our younger players like Naicos and Ginni physically?
I wouldn't be worrying too much either way as finals generally sort out the better team.I wouldn't be banking on Geelong to choke this one. Their form isn't great after a bye but we're experts at blowing big leads. Swings and roundabouts kind of stuff.
Talking about Helmets isn’t Ginni supposed to saddle up with one this weekend? Aka first final. So he has now alerted the medical authorities of his plight and questions will soon be asked and tests applied.
