If Dixon misses, we could well be fielding what many would have predicted at round 1 to be our entire SANFL forward line.

Marshall, Georgiades, Dixon, Rioli, Fantasia, all out is a huge imposition.

Finlayson will have to ruck, Butters has moved up the ground to fill other gaps.

Really SPP is the only one left.

Against the best defence in the comp, it will be a miracle if we can win.

The consensus is that Dixon will play. There is also a chance that they will select Scott Lycett. If Dixon doesn't play Jeremy Finlayson will be a busy boy as he will probably be helping Teakle or Lycett out in ruck, helping Ollie Lord out up forward and plugging holes in defence as required. Interesting.

Agree, Scully will take the same amount of time as Lord. Watched him closely in round 3 pre showdown and he was gassed in the first quarter. He has all the skills just needs the size and fitness.

Agreed. You can cover a few injuries across the park, but when it is all in the one spot, going to make it practically impossible. We are missing 5 of our 6 AFL starting forwards from round 1.
