Touk Miller is out

His mobility has been off this season - which has affected his defensive ability (ie. can't chase when opponent changes direction)

Dropping a few kegs should help with that. Think his marking and kicking has been ok this season.
Does Dixon have a contract next season? He should be playing like a man on fire, fighting for his career. 5kg lighter?
If he can cover the ground better & not fall over in every marking contest then he could be a huge asset.
Particularly his ruck work

I don't mind Dixon playing games in our side if we we're trying to win. Problem is I would prefer us to lose, and hence I'd prefer to be picking for development. Whilst the club still ignorantly think they're a chance at a flag though they're gonna go back to the well on Dixon.

What pisses me off about selecting Dixon is that he's been playing 50% fit for god knows how long. He is not capable of playing at 50% anymore. He limps around the forward line, and he loses all speed and agility with his lower leg injuries. I can see why losing weight would help, and I think that was a good idea to increase his speed and agility, but I don't understand how his on-going lower leg injuries are going to magically disappear. He will play 10-15 mins before he bangs himself up in a contest and is limping around again.

I'm expecting:

IN: McEntee, Dixon
OUT: Evans, Georgiades.

If it was up to me:

IN: Jackson
OUT: Georgiades

Specialist forward Willie Rioli will remain unavailable while he deals with personal issues around his family needs.

Port Adelaide will leave Adelaide on Friday with a 24-man squad and have a 25th ready to travel on Saturday.

lol it would be easier to buy the family needs thing if they hadn't also tacked on "his calf isnt right" then "personal reasons" then "sickness, then "personal reasons" then "he's alright to play SANFL" back to "personal reasons"

Seems like Matthew Richardson is coming out of hiding, him and Tredders are supposedly going to be at the pregame catch up at the Gold Coast

A lot would depend on how his contract is if we dump him this year.
If we have to pay him out that might be a factor.
Just on face value if we do play finals I’d say you’re correct.
He is not getting sacked this year and if we make the finals he will coach next year
