You'd hope so.
Would think it’s a lock tbh

Laz sub

Reckon he would’ve been dropped if wardlaw wasn’t managed

Wardlaws "break" has been coming for a while.
But all it says is the club knows they've got issues in the middle with 3 attacking minded players who cant play anywhere else on the ground.
It’s funny you say that cos one of the reasons people spruiked wardlaw in the draft was that he has a defensive game

Nowhere near fit enough to be running both ways

Has to be Charlie - you need a runner and/or versatility as the sub, and WiFi doesn't fit the profile (I hope)
I agree, you just never know with this club… will be very happy when the team is named and he's in the 22.

Could Wardlaw also play the small forward role? Mid/small forward?

Would hit the pack at speed, hard to tackle and create havoc.

Once he gets truly match fit and can up is minutes, I'd hope he could do something like this.

Expected to hear George had done his hammy again this week after he finished the last part of the game sitting on the bench last week. Hopefully nothing serious and just purely a cautious approach.

Big chance for Phil, needs to crack in.

Doubt they would name him emergency if that's the case, had his knee strapped last week and has been nursing an ankle.

Hope so anyway!!

Blackthorne: You simply cannot play Bailey Scott in the back pocket again. His disposal by foot has been sub-par, and his defensive instincts are non-existent. You must move him to the wing where you can leverage his speed!

Mariko: The Anjin shares his thoughts on our defensive structure.

I dropped by training for 15mins in the back half of the session and George was competing in the main drills - wasn;t in the recovery group - so think we can be sure it is just "managed".

Cameron 196cm tall, ideal playing weight would be +/-2kgs from 96 depending on position.

He's a mature key position player, he would be around 98kgs.

lockheed's 94 falls in side this theory too.

McKercher is 180 cms tall and his draft profile from last year has him at 75kgs.

Even adjusting that up to account for some preseason he would have added what 3-4 kgs of muscle at the most?

Cameron 20kgs more than him.

85kgs @196cms tall, he'd be an absolute rake at that.

He's not a rake.
Will Dawson is a rake and he's 86 kegs and 200 cm. Anyone suggesting Jeremy Cameron is lighter than Will Dawson is having a laugh.

Massive opportunity for the taking there for Phillips if he can come in and be that force multiplier that makes his more credentialed teammates look a million bucks. Hope he does well, but more importantly that the entire midfield looks more dangerous and balanced with him in there.

Maybe Clarko is Toranaga and is trolling everyone before unleashing his true plan

Jesus Christ there’s some dickheads on this board
Yeh? Is there? I think thats rather disrespectful to lightweight hard footballers like Boomer in their day? How hard was boomer hit when he was a 70kg kid winning a EJ whitten medal? … have a spell son, would boomer go to hospital because he copped a whack? FMD i can name many many other lightweight players that aren’t soft. Im not going to but I can shit all over that pick better than people shitting on Will Phillips at pick 3. Just tread carefully
