Hey Ebenezer Scrooge McDampRag, give it a rest. Let Moore be the 3rd banana and give him a break. You've seen him have 1 quiet game, 1 breakout game and 2 so-sos.

He can bloody kick straighter than Jesse under pressure, and that's not subjective. He knows how to find a teammate, he's up for the contest and he's always trying.

Just seems you're being overly harsh on the new kid.

I don't think statistical comparisons between Moore and White make a great deal of sense, given the highly restricted nature of the sample size of games in Moore's case!
I think that White could easily have played instead, but that we are looking for high tackling pressure against the Swans, and Moore provides that. The Swans will be forced to pay Moore respect, due to his recent haul of 5 goals, and this fact in itself imposes a degree of pressure on their backline, given the fact that Reid and Cloke are all there as well. Moore's aerial ability will likewise be an important factor in stretching the Swans' defence. The main disadvantage I see in playing Moore instead of White was the fact that now we don't have the back up ruck, but I think this is predicated on the current weakness in Syndey's ruck division.

Don't think he's being harsh. I just think he's just saying that right now, Jessie White is better than Darcy Moore. Moore will probably be better in the future, but isn't currently.
