Chris Scott on Doc Larkins - "unprofessional"

Chris Scott has never been unprofessional in the history of ever.

Not surprised by this one tbh.
Loves having a sook does Chris.
Wakes up Monday morning, shit shower shave, then straight into having a big fat ****ing sook about something. Afternoons, evening too. There'll be something to have a sook about, don't worry about that.

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, same as Monday. Have a ****in' sook.

"And what are you having for lunch today Chris?"
"A big fat ****ing sook of course!"
"So the usual, good choice sir!"

Weekend, he'll find something to sook about. Don't worry about that.

Loves sooking does Chris. Loves it.
It's like oxygen. He can't live without complaining about something.
I reckon he'd drop dead if he went 5 minutes without a whinge.

Cheer up Mrs. Larkins.

Chris Scott calling Doc Larkins an entertainer is pretty amusing. Even better is Chris Scott actually taking the bait and giving Doc oxygen.

Yet another demonstration of maturity and emotionally intelligence from Chris.

Absolute gold.Love it!

Scott had every right to defend his staff after Larkins labelled them ‘delusional’ for saying Stewart is a chance for the GF if we make it there.

Earlier this year Hickey missed just one week with a PCL injury. Every injury, and how an individual responds to them, is different.

As has also been pointed out, if someone had a severe lisfranc injury they wouldn’t be able to weight bare for a couple of months. Stewart is already back running, walking freely and helping to coach from the bench only a month post-surgery.

I generally have no issue with Larkins whatsoever but poor choice of words by him.

Industry professionals give their opinions all the time on issues they arent intimately familiar with but have general expertise in or similar past examples or experiences.

That’s the thing though. Larkins wasn’t speaking broadly about a typical lisfranc recovery period. He labelled Geelong’s medical team ‘delusional’ which is clearly questioning their abilities and professionalism.

He is not Stewart’s treating doctor, he is not privy to his scans, surgery info and rehab progress any more than other people in the AFL industry.

Yes The football industry gives it opinions all the time with no accountability. Errors and misjudgements are overlooked and media actually praise others for 'having an opinion. even when they are completely wrong.

Journalists are making judgements and should be evidence based.

Good on Scott for defending his club.

For Doc Larkins to post "Delusional" was a red rag to a bull. Poor choice of word by the "esteemed" sports doctor, who incidentally is a Geelong boy. He could have chosen so many other words. Chris Scott's reaction seems over the top; must be under a lot of stress.

He’s an entertainer

I reckon he meant the Geelong club was delusional to think he would be right to play, not so much the medical assessment by the club doctors was delusional.

Spot on.

Hook, line and sinker for Chris Scott though. The guy knows no bounds to complaining and sooking it up.
