The depth has held them up for weeks until today... bit harsh to just label it as poor on one game.

This game shows that their list is in for a bright future.

Sorry your daughter has to sit there to watch this non effort. The players should be held accountable for this effort because it is totally unacceptable....

I don't usually read the gameday threads and it's admittedly not looking good ... But have any of you calling game.over watched us play in the last 2 years?

These so called fans haven't realised Pies always play down to the competition hence the poor record against outside the 8 team last 2 years... and Pies always having huge second half to come back.

The fans here are sadly fickle.

Admit that Pies have played horrible but kudos to North and also wait until 3rd quarter to see if the team can come back.

That has to be one of our worst halves ever

We’re not playing that badly (we’ve been worse).

It’s all credit to North. They’ve been a very talented team for a while now playing well down on confidence and unable to connect.

Amazing what a bit of confidence can achieve.

This further cements my hatred of this stadium.

14 goals in a half to the worst team in the AFL us a ****ing disgrace. If another team dishes up this shit like Nick's, Hinkley they would be sacked. The players should be ashamed of this performance.

I used to we wary of these banana skin type performances but under Fly we have always turned up.

So yeah, I am lost for words really.

The fact that a number of us felt the usual concerns before this game says something about the way we play against the cellar dwellers. Our game is based on relentless pressure and if that eases up, we can be exposed. Clearly it is a mental thing. The players came into this believing it was a box already ticked. There is no other explanation for such a performance given the way this injury hit team has been playing.

North came out breathing fire and we have not been able to adjust to the tempo. Hopefully a half time reset will see us avoid a humiliation.

Looks like the bye was a week too late.
Our boys have done a sterling job to keep winning/drawing while being severely undermanned for weeks now. They're looking tired, especially the "fill ins".
It never ceases to amaze after half a century of watching AFL, how a team can simply be on and do no wrong. Unfortunately, for us, it's happening with North today. They will probably fall in a heap next game.

Everyone is shitting on our Defenders but our midfield is getting spanked, to say we have Pendles, Mitchell coming back is a big concerns as they are at tail end of career both are over 30, would be nice for McCreery, McCrae or someone to standup, hats off to North the young talent is killing us
