Richards has already been told his contract won't be renewed, Bryan has another year on his contract and will be cannon-fodder in the Collingwood reserves team next year, hopefully alongside a 2007-draftee ruckman.

Collingwood continue to trade wisely as much as it pains me to say.
Getting top 10 picks in a rich draft last year and getting a promising ruckman with a late first rounder in a weak draft this year is solid professional trading.
On a side note you will have to draft Polkinghorne and Burstin wont you

thats the feeling i have expecially after seeing the hurt on his face when he missed against sydney in the elimination final, the happiness for his contribution and teh fact i saw he walk out crying from our rooms after apoligising to ll the players for being beaten by ottens against geelong and vowing to be a force next season.
